⢠If you like more heat, donât seed the jalapeño, just finely dice it. We tend to like less heatâI find this salsa to have the perfect amount of heat without being too spicy. Remember to use gloves when handling the jalapeñoâand, most importantly, donât touch your eyes after handling. Wash those hands well!
⢠If you donât like feta, you can leave it out. It does add a nice creaminess and saltiness to the salsa and takes away some of the heat from the jalapeño.
